- It's aim is to identify and then to set achievable goals, whether they be lifestyle, career or relationship goals
What is NLP?
- Neuro, of the mind or senses; linguistic, using language; programming, training of the mind.
- NLP was developed from observing how successful people think and behave. The techniques model these ways of thinking and empower people to be more successful.
What does coaching do?

What will coaching give me?
- Coaching will help you to develop strategies to manage your anxiety; making you more successful.
- Coaching will help to build your confidence in your own abilities by revealing to you the resources that you already have.
- Coaching using NLP techniques will give you the tools you need to see the positive intentions in your own behaviours and those of others and allow you to model the behaviours you really want to make more productive relationships and to be more proactive.
